On 18.11.2025. at the Volunteer Training Center – Belitsa village, Tutrakan Municipality organized and held a working meeting with a representative of the Regional Service for Fire Safety and Population Protection – Tutrakan. The meeting was attended by employees of the municipal administration and members of the Transmariska Volunteer Formation at the Tutrakan Municipality.
During the meeting, the representative of the Regional Service for Fire Safety and Population Protection – Tutrakan introduced the attendees to:
– the opportunities for volunteers to participate in the elimination of fires, disasters and accidents;
– general information about the burning of a fire and its cessation, as well as what may be the dangerous factors for humans during firefighting and rescue
– general requirements for health and safety working conditions during firefighting and rescue
– what are the personal protective equipment and equipment
– what are the manual non-mechanized tools that can be used by volunteers
